Valorización de productos elaborados en la industria apícola, en Santa Fe, república Argentina

Beekeeping, which etymologically means the art of raising bees, has itsfoundation in the knowledge and understanding of the bee that howeverremain wild, must develop a management and control. The literature onbeekeeping is quite scarce in our discipline, so it is important to contributeto the growing interest in our country is waking activity. However the progressof the issue not be to the growing interest in our country. However theprogress of the issue must not to be Ignored, the reality of most of the smallfields, at least for now, make impossible the application of a great technology.For this reason the figure of a management accounting, is enlarged toallow an improvement of the quality of the information to achieve coherentdecisions. The case presented, allows to observe the behavior of costs, takingthe variables from the harvesting or extraction of products. It is importantto note that interrelations between physical and monetary magnitudes, willlead us to the return on the invested capital, and productivity through lotof beehives, as measures of efficiency in the use of factors of production. Thetheme has worked as joint costs, to determine with clarity the value of honeylike a main product honey, sick values of each of the by-products.La apicultura, que etimológicamente significa “el arte de criar abejas”, tiene su fundamento en el conocimiento y el entendimiento de la abeja, que no obstante continuar siendo silvestre, debe desarrollarse un manejo y control de las mismas. La bibliografía sobre apicultura es bastante escasa en nuestra disciplina, por lo que es importante contribuir al creciente interés en nuestro país. No obstante el progreso de la temática no debe soslayarse que la realidad de la mayoría de los pequeños campos hace, al menos por ahora,imposible la aplicación de una gran tecnología. Por esta razón se agranda lafigura de una contabilidad de gestión, para posibilitar un mejoramiento de lacalidad de la información para lograr decisiones coherentes. El caso presentadopermite observar el comportamiento de los costos, tomando los variablesa partir de la cosecha o extracción de los productos. Es importante teneren cuenta que las interrelaciones entre magnitudes físicas y monetarias nosllevarán al rendimiento sobre el capital invertido, y a la productividad porlote de colmenas, como medidas de eficiencia en el uso de factores de la producción.Se ha trabajado la temática como costos conjuntos, para determinarcon claridad el valor del producto principal miel, detrayendo los valores decada uno de los subproductos
