Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Service Excellent Customer Service Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Tabungan BSM di Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Jatinangor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan model korelasional, sehingga diperlukan kuesioner untuk mengetahui tanggapan nasabah. Data primer yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistics 23, penulis juga melengkapi dengan teori para ahli untuk memperkuat analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Service Excellent Customer Service Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Tabungan BSM.
