[eng] The purpose of using gamification is as said to trigger the engagement. Human being like to play. They also like to execute, work and see the results of their work. Researches are showing that the engagement of employees is rapidly going down, as the market always has new requirements, and as traditional methods of working are showing that dissatisfaction of employees is growing, and they don’t contribute to their work properly. Human beings don’t like to execute on something that is by the default brought up as a boring endless work. Serious attention is being paid on this alert, and researches show that involving game elements into business and work surroundings are showing great results when it comes to improvement on the work and willing of employees to contribute to their every day job. As the trending innovation is aiming to cover all the areas of our lives, certainly the professional ones as well, in this research we will focus on implementing the concept into Project Management for software engineering. The main story is the approach of using gamification as a tool for motivating and engaging employees on software engineering projects. We have many software process models
