The objective of this study is to investigate nursing students diet habits, nutritional knowledge and exercise activities. A self-report daily log documented a consecutive seven days of the stated activities. Anthropometric measurements including BMI, body weight, and height were employed. Daily caloric needs and consumptions, fluid intake, energy resources such as fat, carbohydrate and fats were recorded. The participants provided daily and overall reflections about the activities and had positive feedbacks on examining their diet habits. Results indicated that nursing students need to improve their diet habit and exercise activities
