This thesis aims to collect examples of the use of paper folding in various mathematical areas. It also demonstrates solutions of ancient mathematical tasks, instructions for modelling regular n-sided polygons, conic sections and areas of trapezoids with the use of paper folding. Paper folding is also used for the proofs of Pythagoras' theorem and algebraic identities. The thesis includes other examples of the use of paper folding as well
