International Political Economy is an interdisciplinary subject, which deals with the interaction between politics and economics on a global scale. This course is designed to provide students with the conventional and critical approaches to the study of global political economy. It will focus on issues of international trade, the international monetary system, and foreign investment and the relationship of each to both international and domestic politics.
