The Woods Irrigation Company is a non-profit cooperative of local farmers, which serves irrigation water to the middle division of Roberts Island in San Joaquin County, California. The 2007 enactment of Assembly Bill (AB) No. 1404 Ch. 265 requires that an agricultural water supplier shall submit an annual report to the department that summarizes aggregated farm-gate delivery data, on a monthly or bimonthly basis, using best professional practices. Woods Irrigation Company is required to comply with AB No. 1404.
