Mr. McFarland is there at the speoial invitation of the President, and will deliver an address on the importanoe of natural scenery as a natural resource. A brief letter from you giving your views on the importance of this question, in a few sentences, bringing in the Hetch-Hetchy Valley, as he suggests, will help us tremendously in our fight.
