Background: Erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE) often have underlying musculoskeletal abnormalities. Despite this, traditional management has focused on pharmaceutical prescription. Objective: To investigate the efficacy of pelvic floor muscle training in managing ED and PE.
