Cryogenic Front End (CRFE) receivers consisting of a High Temperature Superconducting filter and a cooled Low Noise Amplifier placed between a Base Station antenna and a receiver electronics can significantly increase coverage and capacity in the presence of interference. In this paper the development of a family of CDMA CRFEs (D 6-9 and M1) by Cryoelectra GmbH and their performance are presented
