This paper seeks to understand and generate meaning from an emergent way of organising - transformational collaboration. Integral Theory, Spiral Dynamics and Spiritual Capital/Intelligence theories are used to inform the construct 'transformation'. The theory of Change Collaboration is used to inform the construct 'collaboration'. These theories are interwoven, and extrapolated from, for the specific purpose of informing a theory of transformational collaboration.
