Wainwright provided a brief outline of some of the sustained influences and concerns that have shaped the direction of his work over the past 40 years and provide a more detailed insight into recent work that focuses on environmental issues. In particular this concentrated on projects undertaken in Japan and the Far East as well as the High Arctic region.
