The Asymmetric Dihydroxylation (AD) and Asymmetric Aminohydroxylation (AA) of olefins introduced by Sharpless represent efficient methods for the preparation of diols respectively vicinal aminoalcohols. Within this thesis the attachment of different ligand types (pyrimidine-, diphenylpyrazinopyridazine- and anthraquinonestructure) on soluble (PEG) as well as insoluble (silica gel) supports could be optimised, so that the resulting products were obtained with high enantiomeric excesses. Most of the ee values were comparable to those which are achievable with the original not polymer supported Sharpless system.
