Supersymmetry predicts a range of new phenomena with a variety of experimental signatures. Searches for supersymmetry at the Fermilab Tevatron accelerator fall into three broad categories: generic sparticle searches; specialized searches for sparticles with unusual properties; and model-independent searches probing for discrepancies between the data and the standard model. Searches performed by the CDF and D0 experiments with up to 2 fb-1 of √ s = 1.96 TeVpp data have yet to turn up any evidence for supersymmetry. © 2008 American Institute of Physics
