Předkládaná práce se zabývá návrhem rail-to-rail operačního zesilovače v technologii CMOS07 s využitím návrhového prostředí Cadence. Hlavní důraz práce je kladen na dosažení co nejmenší hodnoty náhodného a systematického vstupního offsetu. Práce obsahuje různé techniky kompenzace obou typů vstupního offsetu. Dále se práce zaměřuje na dosažení rail-to-rail vstupního rozsahu operačního zesilovače použitím obou typů diferenčních párů.This work deals with design rail-to-rail operational amplifier in technology CMOS07 using Cadence design environment.
