The issue of cross-cultural nursing is currently a hot topic, because the tourism, migration, etc. grow due to the borders opening. The professionals working as paramedical staff are required to provide effective and high-quality nursing care to all people, without exception. But who considers the fact that the caring professionals can be a different culture, religion or nationality? The presented diploma thesis is devoted to nurses belonging to minority groups, and it is aimed to the problem of communication between the patient and the nurse belonging to a minority group.
