The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse marketing environment, in which the comapany Ski resort Klínovec operates, and according to this analysis make recommendations and suggestions for improving marketing communication and provided services. The thesis is divided into six parts. In first part, there I present the company, in second part, there I make SWOT analysis. In third part, there is an analysis of customers, which is accompanied with an analysis of competition in part four. Fifth chapter contains detailed analysis of marketing mix of the company. In last part, there I make recommendations, which the company can implement in the future
