UNEMPLOYMENT AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE WITHOUT WORK EXPERIENCE AND ITS SOLUTION THROUGH OP LZZ AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THESE PROJECTS

This bachelor's thesis analyzes projects that focus on Prague youth with no work experience. These projects are co-financed by the European Social Fund. The goal of this thesis is to describe projects and determine whether the financial donations are distributed effectively and correctly. The assumption is that all of these projects are beneficial and financials are being used in an efficiently. To evaluace if this assumption is correct two analyzing methods were applied. One was a questionnaire analyzis and the next was interview with the Employment Office, Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the Further Education Fund project managers. Analyses of this information leads to recommendation for the implementation subjects. The recommendation includes implementation of the experience from past projects into the future ones to avoid an approval of the projects with no proven effects
