This thesis deals with the problems of the disabled in the labor market and employment opportunities that would be appropriate according to their disability and qualification. In theoretical part there are defined definitions of the disability by several international organizations and importance of employment for disabled people. There is also approached problem of marginalization and social exclusion. Further it is focused on employment policy and special job opportunities for disabled people. Analytical part is performed by two methods. First is questionnaire survey with handicapped people. Second is structured interview with employers and labor office workers.
