Development in the labor market of Moravian-Silesian Region

Bachelor thesis in the theoretical part describes the basic concepts encountered in the labor market. Furthermore, different types of unemployment together with a detailed explanation are named. The main characteristics of the labor market are also described. The theory is shown in reality in the practical part of the thesis. The development of the labor market in the Moravian-Silesian region, its characteristics and active policy of employment is also shown there. The problem of unemployment in this region is shown and explained in more detail in this part also. Vrbno pod Pradědem is used as an illustrative example. City, which is currently also struggling with high unemployment rates. In conclusion, the practical section proposes some solutions to this problem, such as development of tourism, extending Czech - Polish cooperation or the use of grants provided by the Czech Republic and the European Union
