Recruitment and selection of employees at the Municipality in Soběslav

The aim of the Bachelor's Thesis is to analyze the recruitment and selection process of employees of the Municipality in Soběslav. The basic concepts of HR activities of recruitment and selection process of employees are defined and characterized in the first part. The theoretical part is based on the theretical background. The findings of this part are also applied in the practical part. The practical part describes the recruitment and selection process of employees of the Municipality in Soběslav. I chose this organization due to interest of process. The analysis has been prepared on the basis of the internal documents and personal meetings. The final section presents a summary of the results of the analysis with suggestions to improve the current system of recruitment and selection of new employees
