Inefficiency of the public procurements in relation to the procurement procedure

The bachelor's thesis deals with inefficiency of the procedure for the public procurements. Its aim is to characterize and describe in detail the problems of public procurements under an applicable legislation and to point out the shortcomings of the Law on Public Procurement. Furthermore, the thesis presents the most common and most serious violations of this law which results in inefficient and ineffective spending of public funds.
