Leadership as a tool of external motivation of employees in a small and medium-sized enterprise

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the level of management leadership and its impact on the motivation of employees in the Happy Sport company. In theoretical part the basic concepts of leadership and motivation, leadership models, leadership styles and motivation systems are described. In practical part using questionnaires, interviews and observations, ideas of management and staff about motivation and leadership are compared. The survey results are the basis for creating designs, which should lead to increase the employee motivation and help managers to become successful leaders
