The Analysis of recruitment and employee selection

The main goal of this Bachelor thesis is to analyse the processes of recruitment and employee selection in Equa bank a.s., identify their strengths and weaknesses and suggest possible optimization. The first part of the thesis describes theoretical principles, methods and characteristic of recruitment and employee selection. The second part examines through observation, interviews with employees of the human resources department and analysis of internal documents how these processes are carried out in this particular company. In the end of the thesis the processes are evaluated and the improvements that would lead to optimization and higher effectiveness are suggested
