Financial analysis of the selected company

The objective of this thesis is to conduct a financial analysis of the company KRÁLOVOPOLSKÁ, a.s. Theoretical and methodological part is given to the description of elementary methods used in financial analysis, such as absolute, differential and financial ratios, models of corporate bankruptcy prediction, Economic Value Added and spider graph. In practical-analytical part, these methods are applied on the data of the selected company from period 2008 to 2012. This thesis includes an outline to the differences between Czech accounting legislature and IFRS that have an impact on the explanatory power of financial analysis
