Add to ORKGThe labour market represents a high-profile issue and it is essential to analyze the current developments. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the current state of the labour market and especially the analysis of the average gross monthly wage or salary between the years 2012 and 2013 in the Czech Republic, the capital city of Prague and Liberec Region. Analysis of the average gross monthly earnings is divided by gender, age and educational attainment of employees. The theoretical part will explain some basic concepts related to the labour market and it will subsequently be presented to the data source.
