The aim of this Bachelor's thesis is to make an analysis of the position of the American restaurant Jáma in the hospitality market in Prague, among the restaurants that are focused on American cuisine. As required by the owner of the Jáma, the analysis consist of comparison of the independent American restaurants and restaurant chains operating in the Prague's market. Based on the analysis the possible changes were designed to improve and secure an advantageous position of the restaurant Jáma in the market
