Management of Human Resources focused on Teamwork

The Bachelor's thesis deals with issues of human resources management in general and focuses on teamwork. Closer attention is paid to goals and basic principles of human resources management, characteristics of teamwork, team efficiency and team roles. The aim of the thesis is the analysis of a work team in a limited company MalenaLak, s. r. o. Questionnaires were used as a quantitative data collection instrument. Applying this method team roles of individual team members and missing roles were ascertained. The thesis is concluded with suggestions leading to teamwork optimization
