The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the issue of employee care in the Federal Republic of Germany and the Czech Republic with a focus on employee benefits. The main objective is to analyze and compare the effective legislations and characterize the basic areas of employee care. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is an introduction to the topic, followed by characterization and comparison of related legislations in both countries.
