The Bachelor Thesis deals with the issues of job motivation of university students. In the first part, there are described the basic terminology connected with motivation as well as the key stimulation tools affecting the employees at work. Next the types of labour-law relations, their advantages and differences are stated. The practical part is based on the questionnaire survey carried out among the university students. The survey results are compared with ones of the expertized research. The thesis examines this problem even from the employers' point of view and describes how students are approached by the international company IBM.
