Psychological stress in profession of accountant

The subject of this thesis is to analyse work-related stress factors affecting profession of accountants. The theoretical part of work contains general knowledge about mental stress, variety of stress factors, impact of psychological stress and external forces on job perfor-mance. There are included stress-handling techniques and methods either. The empirical part of this thesis includes research based on questionnaires. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the variety of psychological stress affecting in this profession. Based on researched dates there are shown recommendations in the closing of work. They can reduce or com-pletely dissolve the stress effects
