This Bachelor's thesis is concerned with recruitment and selection processes of employees. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part explains and describes the theoretical basis, procedures and methods related to this area. Data are predominantly based on the academic literature. The practical part starts with a short introduction of Tesco Stores ČR a.s. followed by an analysis of recruitment and selection processes of the company's employees. In this section, information is gathered from provided materials, websites and annual reports of the company and particularly from in-depth interview with a human resource officer of company.
