Learning and development of managers in corporation

Bachelor thesis is focused on system of corporate learning of employees. The topic is learning and development of managers in McDonald's company. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the system of learning and development in analysed corporation. Next step is to identify strengths and weaknesses of that system and to suggest steps which would improve identified weaknesses. Theoretical part is dedicated to corporate learning. There are explained key terms connected with manager's learning and development. Analytical part is divided in two sections. First one is based on situation analysis of system of learning and development in company. Results of the survey which was carried out among managers of the company are analysed in the second part. Strengths and weaknesses were identified and improving measures were suggested based on those analyses. Which mean that the aim of bachelor thesis was fulfilled
