Business ethics

The theme of this bachelor thesis is Ethics in Business and it discusses the importance of compliance with the ethics principles. The aim of this thesis is to observe the use of ethics principles of one of the biggest insurance companies in the Czech Republic - Česká Pojišťovna a.s.The main source was a questionnaire distributed to the employees of the insurance company. I was looking to find out what is the awareness of the ethical code, if employees abide to it, if they encountered any transgressions and what is the penalty for doing so
