Great Britain versus Europe. Contribution to the analysis of the island's approach to the European Community.

This work deals with euroscepticism and its influence on British decision-making relateted to the proces of unifying Europe. After its admission into the European Community in 1973, Great Britain holds a very specific position. It has some unique exceptions from the integration proces. The main goal of the thesis is to analyze individual aspects of British euroscepticism while focusing on the three defined issues that affect common agriculture policy, eurozone and Schengen area. At the en, there is a summary of results of the research and argumentation of how advantegous the British unique approach is
