Analysis of own price elasticity of demand for alcoholic beverages - controlled experiment

Although statistical exploration says that demand for alcoholic beverages is price inelastic, using experimentally acquired data and focusing solely on one particular restaurant I have discovered that chosen beverages are in fact very price elastic. Controlling the price changes I was able to obtain unique data about demand for draft beer Staropramen, and wine as aggregate representation of white and red wine. Another part of research was focused on relations between several products, which found out that draft beer, spirits, black bottled beer and wine are in fact substitutes. Effects of day of the week, season and opportunity costs were also examined finding out positive influence of weekend and various effects of season depending on a kind of a beverage
