The main essence of this Master's thesis is to examine students of the Faculty of Business Administration (FBA) at the University of Economics, Prague and then determine whether students are at risk of burnout or already suffering from it. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of the terms - particularly burnout syndrome, its risk factors, symptoms and stages. Then there is the section dedicated to the prevention and treatment of burnout syndrome. Also noteworthy is the comparison of relations between burnout syndrome and stress, depression, and time management.
