Evaluation of the Current National Cultural Policy Using the Example of the Vysočina Region and the Propositions of Cultural Concept Proposal for Regions

The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate how and to what extent the Vysočina Region fulfils recommendations of the National Cultural Policy of the Czech Republic for years 2009 to 2014. Subsequently, the general cultural concept will be proposed for regions, based on a survey of conceptual sources of individual regions. Results of the survey will be submitted to the Ministry of Culture as one of the basic sources for the creation of a new government policy.
