Šimek, M. University funding and the impact of introduction of tuition fees. Bacheelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2015. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the consequences of the introduction of tuition fees per number of university students in Slovakia. In the first part, there is characterized higher education in Slovakia. Moreover, the thesis comprises an analysis of funding of tertiary education in Slovakia and Great Britain. In the second part, we examine the impact of introduction of tuition fees per number of students and the study field. Based on the experience from Great Britain this thesis evaluates possible consequences of introduction of tuition fees in Slovakia
