The objective of the thesis is, based on the conclusions made on the implemented analyses and the information available, to offer the management of the company feedback in the form of suggestions, propositions, and measures which may contribute to the quality of processes regarding the company's personnel, especially with regards to hiring employees. Within this thesis, the current state and quality of personnel marketing, as well as the quality of the hiring process is analyzed in the company SSI Schäfer s.r.o.
