Hodnotová orientace vysokoškolských studentů ekonomických oborů

This thesis deals with the values of students of Economics and volunteers in the organization AIESEC in Brno. It begins with an introduction to the basic terms concerning values, several approaches to investigating values and the organization AIESEC. The practical part comprises a questionnaire completed by students attending the Faculty of Business and Economics, Mendel University in Brno and the Faculty of Economics and Administration, Masaryk University, endeavouring to determine their value orientation in connection with their activities. The same questionnaire was given to volunteers in AIESEC in order to find out whether the values of the students who are active in this organization differ from those of the students of the schools in question. The results obtained from this investigation were compared with those of previous investigations focusing on values in the Czech Republic
