The aim of this thesis is to define key factors influencing entering of entrepreneurial entities into organic agriculture field. In this thesis, the organic agriculture is described, its impact on employment and economy of the Czech Republic is assessed and there is the comparison between organic agriculture and conventional agriculture. The practical part is devoted to the research of entrepreneurial entities in the Czech Republic.
