Dopad sankcí Evropské unie na import zboží a služeb z Ruska

This bachelor thesis explores the impact of European Union sanctions on the im-port of goods and services from Russia at the time of the Ukrainian crisis. The first part describes the development and course of political-military conflict in Ukraine, theories of sanctions and analysis of specific European Union sanctions. The main part of this paper examines the evolution of time series of import from Russia using linear regression and testing the presence of structural breaks during the implementation of sanctions by Chow test. In the main part of the paper, there are processed results of the Chow test and causes of structural breaks in the context of current economic situation. The conclusion summarizes the partial results, impact and effectiveness of sanctions
