Dimenze české a srbské kultury v pojetí Geerta Hofstedeho

The bachelor work "Dimensions of the Czech and Serbian culture in the concept of Geert Hofstede" analyzes the cultural differences based on responses of the Czech and Serbian respondents. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part explains the concept of culture, basic facts about the Czech Republic and Serbia with regard to relations between the two countries, Geert Hofstede and his view of cultural differences. The practical part analyzes the cultural differences, interprets the results and provides conclusions using the questionnaire
