We live in tough times. We experiencing high fyzical and psychical pressure whitch corrupting our healthy livestyle. This restriction takes its toll in the form of lifestyle diseases such as diabetes mellitus or obesity. That's why I decided to concentrate my bachelor thesis to healthy nutrition in the form of functional foods. I belive that conclusions of this thesis can show the way to people whos looking for healthy life.
