Problémy současného rozvoje vesnických sídel a možnosti jejich řešení

The diploma thesis deals with issue of contemporary development of rural settlements. Literary part concerns historical and current form of rural settlement and it determines presumptive trend. Particularly serious is the problem of lost identity development and spacious suburban area. Practical part concerns model object Ochoz u Brna. Project does not solve all the problems of village, but primarily those that can substantially improve the quality of life. Also the project proposes better environment for next generation. The solution answers set of questions as: Who wants Ochoz to be? Where in the village to build? How to build? Where to go downtown? How to keep connection with the country
