Pracovní poměr a jeho zánik - komparace právní úpravy ve vybraných státech EU

This bachelor thesis deals with the employment termination legislation in the Czech Republic and a few selected countries of the EU, namely the Slovak Republic and the UK. In the theoretical part the key terms this thesis works with are briefly defined and the employment termination legislation in the particular countries is analysed. The practical part in concerned with the comparison of the legislation in the chosen countries and in the Czech Republic. A part of the thesis is also an ana-lysis of individual contracts made in these countries
