Faktory determinující zahraniční investice v ČR

Main goal of this thesis is to analyse the influence of particular factors on investor's deci-sion-making during realising foreign investments. Those influences consist of the politi-cal stability, investment incentives, infrastructure, level of education and taxation. In the first part, the foreign direct investments are described and defined. In the second part, particular factors are analyzed in detail and for each particular factor, there is a conclu-sion, expressing if it is important for investors during their decision-making or not. The-sis also contains certain suggestions, which should be done in Czech republic, to become more attractive to foreign investors
