Vzdělávání střední generace

The bachelor thesis deals with system of adult education in Czech Republic. In the theoretical part is analyzed and described the evolution of lifelong learning policy in European Union and in Czech Republic. Furthermore it deals with motivation of adult students towards additions educations and possible barriers. Also there is described legislative which governs the system of adult education. The practical part contains research which aimed to find out attitudes of adult students towards education. Research also aimed to find out how are these students capable of coordinating their private, family and work matters together and to find out what value these students see in additional education through their standing on labor market
