Raising pigs Czech Landrace breed in Czech Republic

The aim of this thesis was to describe the development and changes in the breeding work of Czech Landrace breed.Furthermore, this work deals with the processing of development in the numbers of sows of this breed. The materials obtained from the Association of Pig Breeders in Bohemia and Moravia process for monitoring performance (number of litters , number of piglets born and live, milking and the interim). Part of this thesis was the evaluation of the parameters of field tests (average daily gain, muscle percentage and average backfat thickness) and results in a unified test.
